Position Summary:

Manages staff during scheduled shift. Uses current technology to monitor and enforce compliance of City parking ordinances and to process cash and credit transactions. Provides assistance and support to Management. Serves as the main point of contact for staff. Advocates good will for the City of Virginia Beach by providing excellent customer service to City of Virginia Beach residents and guests. Shows a commitment to quality service by using knowledge of parking ordinances, parking options and rates, and Oceanfront events and amenities to assist guests and residents. Creates a positive image of the City of Virginia Beach by maintaining a professional, empathetic, and composed demeanor when interacting with guests and residents
